SUBMISSIONS
The Irish Journal of French Studies (IJFrS) is an annual international peer-reviewed journal published by ADEFFI, which publishes articles on French and francophone literatures, cultures and societies, from contemporary as well as historical perspectives. The journal was founded in 2000 and has appeared online since 2011, allowing it to reach a global community of researchers.
Articles in English, French or Irish are welcomed on any aspect of research in the area of French and Francophone culture and society. As well as inviting article submissions, the editors welcome proposals for special guest-edited issues. Proposals will not be considered if they are currently under consideration at another journal. All proposals will be double-blind peer-reviewed prior to acceptance. They should normally be between 6,000 and 8,000 words in length, though longer articles will be considered. All articles should also include an abstract of approximately 250 words. The IJFrS retains exclusive rights in relation to all articles published therein.

Publication annuelle de l’Association, Les Cahiers de l’ADEFFI (Irish Journal of French Studies) est une revue scientifique internationale consacrée aux recherches sur les littératures, cultures et sociétés de langue française, tant dans leurs évolutions contemporaines que dans leurs dimensions historiques. Fondée en l’an 2000, la revue paraît depuis 2011 en version numérique – favorisant ainsi une distribution compatible avec les besoins d’une communauté globale de recherche.
La revue accueille des propositions d’article en français, anglais ou irlandais. Elle accueille également des propositions de numéro thématique. Chaque article est soumis à une évaluation externe en double aveugle. Les propositions en instance d’évaluation auprès d’autres revues ne sont pas acceptées. Les articles doivent être entre 6.000 et 8.000 mots en règle générale, mais des articles plus longs peuvent exceptionnellement paraître. Chaque article doit comporter un résumé d'environ 250 mots. La revue détient l’exclusivité des droits de publication de tout article publié.
